After the Russians attacked Georgia, they concluded they needed to upgrade their EW capabilities, she says. ‘The Russians put in millions on upgrades after Georgia. They’ve ended up with killer capabilities, jamming in a multitude of frequencies for hundreds of kilometers.’”
