President Trump reiterated their common cause in North Korea and continued on his theme of correcting “unfair trade practices.” But President Trump was met by applause when he softened the charge: “But I don’t blame China. After all, who can blame a country for being able to take advantage of another country for the benefit of its citizens? I give China great credit.”
